PIN protection
Require a 4-digit PIN before anyone can open a tutorial.
BusinessTurn on a PIN and visitors see a branded lock screen before the tutorial. Useful for internal maintenance steps, service procedures on a leased machine, or paid course material.
- 1Open the tutorial's Access settings.
- 2Turn on the PIN.
- 3Copy the PIN, or generate a new one.
- 4Post it next to the equipment or send it with the product.
PIN protection is included on Business. Generating a new PIN immediately invalidates the old one.
