1. Who we are
Tutorials.app is a product of Shift Enterprises, LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Tutorials.app. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Shift Enterprises, LLC, and "you" means the person or organization using the service.

Tutorials.app lets you build, publish and share product tutorials, and lets your customers view those tutorials and send you requests such as incident reports, warranty claims or feedback. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the product.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.
Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create: tutorial text, images, videos, logos, brand colors, and the requests your customers submit to you. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display and transmit that content solely so we can operate the service for you, including generating public tutorial pages, QR codes and email notifications.
You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for the accuracy of instructions you publish. We may remove content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law.
6. AI features
Some features use AI to draft or rewrite tutorial content. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing anything AI produces before publishing it, especially safety, warranty or compliance information. AI usage may consume plan credits.
7. Plans, billing and cancellation
- The free plan is available at no cost and has usage limits, which we may adjust over time.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor. Annual plans are offered at a discount to the monthly rate.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise in writing. We do not provide partial-period refunds.
- Prices may change. We will give you notice before a price change affects your renewal.
- You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.
8. Third-party services
We rely on third parties to run the service, including hosting and database infrastructure, our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and AI model providers. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to connect or link to from your tutorials.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and incidents outside our control can cause downtime. Support is provided by email at the address below.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or that any content, including AI output, will be accurate or complete.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, even if we were advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid us nothing.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that creates legal risk or harms other customers. When an account is closed, published tutorials stop being served and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product and our legal obligations evolve. If a change is material, we will let you know by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
