A Report an incident link at the bottom of the tutorial opens a short form in your accent color. The visitor picks an issue type, describes the problem, can attach a photo, and can say which location or machine it concerns.

2. 2Optionally add the locations or machines visitors can pick from.
3. 3Watch the Incidents inbox in your portal.
