Tutorial search
Add a search bar to a stacked list tutorial so people find the right card instantly.
It's included on Pro and Business.
What it is
Turn search on for a stacked list tutorial and a search bar appears above the cards. As the visitor types, the list narrows to the cards that answer the question — matching on the card headline, its description and the text inside its Learn more panel.
Why it helps
A long stacked list is a menu, and menus get slow to read on a phone. Search lets someone type what they are actually holding or seeing and get the one card that helps. It is forgiving too: it matches meaning rather than exact wording, so "change the filter" still finds "Replace the filter".
How to use it
- Open a stacked list tutorial and go to Settings.
- In the Search section, turn on Show a search bar.
- Save, then publish so the search bar appears on the live page.
Try it on your product
