What it is
Turn on a 4-digit PIN and visitors see a branded lock screen before the tutorial. You can regenerate the PIN at any time and copy it to share.
Why it helps
Some tutorials are for staff, for a leased machine or for a paying customer only — internal maintenance steps, service procedures, paid course material. A PIN keeps the page off the open web without making anyone create an account.
How to use it
- Turn on the PIN in the tutorial's Access settings.
- Copy the PIN, or generate a new one.
- Post it next to the equipment or send it with the product.
