Invite the room when scheduling your meeting in the first place to enable out-touch dialing to join Google meetings.

Start a meeting from the scheduled meeting list.

 Click "Meet now" and invite other team members to join the meeting.

Add team additional users to the Google Meeting on the fly by finding and selecting them in the directory.
