Invite the Surface Hub 2S when scheduling your Teams meeting in the first place to enable out-touch dialing to join Teams meetings.

Join a scheduled Teams Meeting with a click of a button. Find your meeting on the room controller and click "Join".

Want to start a new Teams but haven't scheduled it in Outlook? Click "Meet now" and invite other Armstrong employees to join the meeting.

Starting the whiteboard is simple,  remove a pen from its docking station to open Whiteboard or select the whiteboard app to start.

Want to share what you’re showing on the Surface Hub? Select Present Screen or share from external devices wirelessly with Miracast

Ending the session will erase everything you've been working on, but don't worry, you can keep all your meeting files and notes by selecting email in the lower right corner of your screen.
